“Herd Storytelling” – Understanding Systems & Relational Patterns Activity

EAL Activity: "Herd Storytelling." This digital activity helps participants learn to watch for horse  “stories." Many of the dynamics we see in herds mirror the relational patterns participants bring into EAL: boundaries that collapse or hold firm, roles people take on in families or partnerships, reactions to stress, and ways connection is either strengthened or avoided.
 
Herd Storytelling activity provides a theme to your participants of systems thinking, recognizing that behavior does not happen in isolation but in response to the relational field around it.
