For years, I believed my value was found in my credentials, certifications, and professional accomplishments. While my background as a Licensed Professional Counselor, PATH International Education Partner, and double-certified Equine Specialist provides an important foundation for my work, I've come to realize that what people benefit from most isn't simply what I've studied, it's how I SHOW UP!
I spent more than 6 years working solely as an Equine Specialist before becoming a therapist, navigating the same questions, uncertainty, and desire for mentorship that many professionals experience. I know what it feels like to care deeply about your work while wondering if you're making the right decisions, staying within scope, or building something meaningful enough to sustain.
Over time, I discovered that one of my greatest strengths is listening. Not listening to diagnose, process trauma, or tell people what they should do. Listening for the patterns, beliefs, strengths, and possibilities hidden within someone's experiences, ideas, and aspirations.
I hear the words people use to describe themselves, their work, and their challenges, and often notice opportunities, perspectives, and possibilities they may not yet recognize for themselves. Together, we explore those insights, challenge old assumptions, and create a path forward that feels aligned, authentic, and attainable.
I don't believe people were meant to pursue their passions, build programs, or grow professionally in isolation. I believe we all need guidance at times.
The people I mentor don't come to me because I have all the answers. They come because they want someone who has walked a similar path, genuinely cares, listens deeply, and can help them recognize what they already possess while developing the skills, clarity, and confidence to become who they are capable of being. My goal is not to create dependence. My goal is to help people trust themselves enough that one day they no longer need me.

We believe meaningful work should not be navigated alone. Through mentorship, community, educational resources, and collaborative experiences, we support professionals in strengthening their skills, clarifying their role, exploring new perspectives, and building sustainable practices that honor both people and horses.
