Frequently Asked Question's
- 01My mentorship programs are designed to support Equine Specialists and Equine Professionals before, during, and after certification. They are rooted in over eight years of hands-on experience, two nationally recognized certifications (PATH Intl. and EAGALA), and my work as a PATH Intl. Approved Mentor. Each mentorship experience is tailored to you, your setting, your goals, your certification pathway, and the population you serve. There is no one-size-fits-all formula. I take time to understand where you are, what you need, and where you want to grow so we can create a clear, structured plan that aligns with your vision. Together, we focus on building real-world competence and confidence, not just completing hours. We strengthen ethical awareness, clarify scope of practice, deepen horsemanship partnership skills, and support effective collaboration with clinical teams when applicable. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your approach, my goal is to help you stay in scope, protect your horses, and facilitate with clarity and integrity, while giving you practical tools and language you can use immediately.

However, I provide structured mentorship and educational support before, during, and after many of the certification pathways available. My role is to help you prepare for certification, strengthen your understanding while you’re in the process, and confidently apply what you’ve learned once you’re certified. The focus is on building competence, ethical awareness, horsemanship partnership skills, and real-world facilitation confidence, so you feel fully supported at every stage of your professional journey.

- 09Mentorship doesn’t end when our structured sessions do. You have the option to schedule follow-up calls as needed for continued guidance, refinement, or support as new questions arise. Many professionals return for tune-up sessions, scope clarification, activity development support, or help navigating growth transitions. Depending on your needs, you may also continue through extended mentorship packages, group mentorship opportunities, or ongoing organizational support if you’re part of a larger team. My goal is to ensure you don’t feel alone once the formal mentorship phase is complete. Growth in this field is layered, and I remain available as a professional resource as you continue evolving in your role.
