The Organizational Track is a 6-step professional development process designed to strengthen equine specialists and equine-assisted service teams. This track includes 6 uniquely tailored virtual training sessions, which may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or in alignment with your organization’s needs. Each session builds intentionally upon the previous one to create clarity, alignment, and practical implementation within your program. Your staff will receive structured handouts, worksheets, practical tools, scripts, and guided exercises to support skill development and reinforce learning between sessions. The process is collaborative, customized, and designed to meet your team where they are while strengthening confidence, consistency, and ethical practice with equine assisted services.
