Supporting the Grey™ is a self paced track designed to help you confidently navigate the grey areas that arise in your equine educational lessons. Guided by the framework Empathize, don’t Internalize. Observe, don’t Interpret. Redirect, don’t Process, this program strengthens your ability to stay grounded, ethical, and within scope. This track offers 4 PATH Intl. CEUs (2 Core Requirement & 2 General Education credits), + a 1 hour call with Bri. You will learn to recognize grey areas in real time, maintain clear boundaries, empathize without absorbing emotional weight, and respond with confidence while keeping sessions experiential and horse centered. The 4-Step Framework Step 1: Understanding the Grey: Clarify what grey areas are, why they occur, and how to recognize them in real time. Step 2: Empathize, Don’t Internalize: Develop professional language and emotional boundaries that allow compassion without over-identification. Step 3: Burnout Awareness & Preventing: Learn to recognize early warning signs and implement proactive self-regulation strategies. Step 4: Support, Breaks & Ethical Help-Seeking: Know when to pause, consult, and seek mentorship, without shame or isolation.
